Much of this section focuses on Cheryl’s physical exhaustion and discomfort. Describe a moment when your body limited what you could do, and explain what that experience taught you about your mental strength.

Prompt Response: A moment when my body limited what I could do was during a long day when I was extremely tired and sore, but I still had responsibilities to finish. I remember wanting to give up because my body felt weak and uncomfortable. However, I pushed myself to keep going even if it meant I had to take it slow and take breaks. This experience taught me that my mental strength is often stronger than my physical limits. Even when my body feels exhausted, my mindset can help me stay focused and determined.

Summary: Today in class, we worked on the Wild chapter 6 discussion questions.

Reflection: Today was a great day.
