Reflect on the simile and metaphor worksheet. Which topic challenged you the most when creating your figurative language, and why? In your response, explain what made that topic difficult and how you worked through the challenge (or what you might do differently next time).

Prompt Response: Being underestimated was the most challenging topic for me because it was hard to put my feelings into strong figurative language without sounding too simple or too dramatic. To work through this I thought about real situations where people doubted me and compared that feeling to things like being pushed down but still rising up.Next time I would take more time to brainstorm.

Summary: Today in class we started on a digital poster on Abode express and used our simile and metaphors from Tuesday and put pictures that represent what we wrote on our worksheet.

Reflection: Today was a long but easy class period.
